KIA announces Massive cut in car prices

Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC), the assembler of KIA vehicles in Pakistan, has announced a significant price cut across its entire range.

The most notable change is to the Kia Stonic EX+ model, which has seen its price drop to Rs 1,513,000. The Stonic EX+, previously priced at Rs 6,280,000, is now available at Rs 4,767,000, offering significant savings to potential buyers.

Likewise, the iconic Kia Sportage series has also seen a significant price drop. In March 2024, KIA started the downward trend by reducing the price of various Sportage variants. The Sportage Alpha, for example, now sells for Rs 7,300,000, down from Rs 7,550,000, a remarkable reduction of Rs 250,000.

Additionally, the price of the Sportage FWD will drop to Rs 7,740,000 from the previous price of Rs 8,040,000, representing a significant reduction of Rs 300,000. Meanwhile, the Sportage AWD and Sportage Black Edition follow suit. not with a discount of Rs 300,000 each, now priced at Rs 8,470,000 and Rs 9,000,000 respectively.

The move comes at a time when the industry is experiencing increased competition and changing consumer preferences.
